When can I check in?
Check-in is from 13:00. An earlier check-in is possible for €20, subject to availability.
Can I drop off my luggage earlier?
Yes. On your day of arrival you can leave your luggage with us free of charge from 08:00, even if your room isn't ready yet.
When do I have to check out?
Check-out is by 12:00. A later check-out is possible for €20, subject to availability.
Is there parking?
We have a limited number of hotel parking spaces at €30 per night, on request. There are also public car parks very close by: the nearest at the KölnTriangle, plus the LANXESS arena and Koelnmesse.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome for a surcharge of €15 per night.
Is there a lift?
No, there is no lift. Do let us know at booking if you'd prefer a lower floor.
Can you smoke in the hotel?
The entire building is strictly non-smoking. There is, however, a covered smoking area in the garden – just the spot for that first cigarette with a morning coffee.

Yes, Wi-Fi is free for all guests.
